Mission

Langham Hotels, renowned for luxury and exceptional service, sought to strengthen its global recruitment strategy. The mission was to attract top talent by showcasing Langham’s vibrant work culture. 

1 Minute Media collaborated with Langham to create a dynamic “Day in the Life” video series. Our goal was to highlight employees’ authentic experiences, aligning with Langham’s mission of delivering extraordinary hospitality. 

Through engaging storytelling and top-quality videos, 1 Minute Media successfully captured the hotel’s essence, helping Langham connect with potential recruits and elevate its global brand presence.

Creative Direction

For Langham Hotels, our creative process began with comprehensive pre-production, including full script and screen design, to ensure the video captured the essence of their workplace. 

We employed live-action multi-cam filming to showcase the dynamic work environment at the flagship Sydney Hotel. Our team integrated seamless motion graphics and dynamic editing techniques, enhancing key moments and capturing authentic employee experiences. 

Working closely with Langham, we tailored the video series to communicate their unique culture effectively, resulting in a captivating recruitment tool that resonates with top talent worldwide.

Results

By partnering with 1 Minute Media, Langham Hotels effectively captured their vibrant work culture, contributing to their success at the 2024 World Travel Awards, where they were voted Oceania’s Leading Hotel and ranked No. 3 out of the Top 10 Hotels in Australia. 

Our dynamic video series, showcasing a “Day in the Life” at the flagship Sydney Hotel, continues to resonate with top talent, supporting their global recruitment strategy since 2024.

Production Overview

With an extremely tight deadline, the Australian Family Legal Services, Western Australia approached our team to produce The Voice to Parliament, Animation.

The aim was to combat misinformation proliferating on the internet in the leadup to the Voice Referendum, through versions in English and the Kimberley Kriol dialect.

The animation was shown in information workshops, while our cuts, including reels, rapidly gained tens of 1000’s of views across socials. The outcomes reported were high increases in community awareness in the Kimberley region of WA.

Production Overview

OzHarvest is Australia’s leading food rescue organisation.

1 Minute Media joined CEO Ronnie Khan and a team of supporters, including Chef Neil Perry and Sydney Mayor, Clover Moore to bring the message to the streets.
