RBA: The Challenge

Our Solution
The Reserve Bank of Australia recruitment and onboarding video series gave prospective employees a more authentic view of the organisation, its people and its workplace culture. By featuring real employee experiences, the campaign strengthened the RBA’s employer brand and supported recruitment across its digital and internal channels.
The videos also helped position the Reserve Bank of Australia as a professional, inclusive and approachable employer, while making its career pathways and workplace values easier for candidates to understand.
Working closely with the RBA marketing team, we managed the full video production process, including scripting, screen design, directing, multi-camera filming, editing, motion graphics, colour grading and audio enhancement. Each video was designed to reflect the professionalism, credibility and warmth of the Reserve Bank of Australia brand.
The Results
Our campaigns achieved strong engagement across the Reserve Bank of Australia’s recruitment and onboarding channels, helping to attract high-quality candidates and elevate interest in career opportunities within the organisation.
By showcasing authentic stories and genuine employee experiences, the series continues to position the Reserve Bank of Australia as an approachable, inclusive and forward-thinking employer of choice in the finance sector.
